Master classes and trainings for students of the Faculty of Dentistry were held at KSMA

On December 5–6, the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K. Akhunbaev hosted master classes and training sessions for students of the Faculty of Dentistry.

Lecturers from the “Alliance of Leaders in Medicine” (ALM, Russia) took part in the event.

Lecturer Naran Andreevich Petrov delivered lectures on the following topics:

• “Rubber dam – comfort, control, quality. The first step to successful restoration”

• “Class II restoration. There is contact”

He also conducted practical master classes where students were able to practice modern restorative techniques and methods of clinical isolation.

Lecturer Anastasia Burdeinaya, also representing the “Alliance of Leaders in Medicine” (ALM), conducted interactive trainings on the topics:

• “Control the dialogue – learning to create communication and maintain focus with any patient”

• “Working with objections – turning doubts and refusals into consent for treatment”

Students had the opportunity to strengthen their practical skills, learn modern clinical approaches, and develop effective communication strategies with patients.
