Young teachers and students greeted these people who have worked for more than 40 years and are still working in the field of higher medical education in the KSMA conference hall.

The rector, Professor Indira Kudaibergenova, addressed the veterans of the Medical Academy. She noted the importance of respecting the historical past and drawing valuable lessons from it, which today shape the present and provide new guidelines for the future. The rector presented all veterans with Appreciation Certificates, Diplomas, and some of them with Diplomas of "Honorary Academician", badges for achievements in science and commemorative medals for their contribution to KSMA.

The Medical Academy respects and remembers its veterans, congratulates them on holidays, invites them to various events, including for the purpose of civic and patriotic education of young people, when wise veterans share their knowledge and life experience in front of the younger generation.

Also, a festive table was set in honor of the veterans and a concert was organized.
