Today, November 1, 2019, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the I.K. Akhunbaev took place in the newly reconstructed and overhauled assembly hall of the university. The audience was shown a video about the activities of the KSMA. This was followed by the presentation of awards to the most distinguished faculty and staff in recent years.

The rector of the university, Professor Indira Kudaibergenova presented letters of thanks to Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Department of Faculty Surgery named after Academician Kakish Ryskulova Rakhatbek Omorov, Professor, Head of the Department of Otolaryngology Vadim Nasyrov, press secretary, writer Abibilla Pazylov.

The letters express sincere gratitude to the named members of the team, who have recently received high state awards for many years of work and tangible achievements in their fields. The head of the Education Cekler of the KSMA Gulnur Isakova was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head teacher of the Department of Fundamental and Clinical Physiology Cholpon Uralieva became an excellent worker of the republic's education, the teachers of the Department of the Kyrgyz language Saltanat Domosbekova and Dzhumagul Duishenalieva were awarded the Honorary Diploma of the National Commission for the State Language of the Kyrgyz Republic, teachers of the National Commission for the State Language under the President of Kyrgyzstan Kolpocheva, Ilhamzhan Tokhtyev received a Certificate of Honor from the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Health Workers of Kyrgyzstan.
