On June 29, 2019, in the village of Tash-Debe in the educational building named after Akylbekov of the Medical Academy, an event was held dedicated to the completion of the 1st year of the faculty of "Medical Care with the English language of instruction". The university administration, represented by the rector of the Medical Academy, Professor Indira Kudaibergenova and Vice-rectors Gulmira Dzhumalieva and Keneshbek Yrysov, congratulated foreign students on the successful completion of the first academic year.

Deans of faculties and teachers of KSMA also came to congratulate the students of KSMA. They also presented certificates in the following categories: "Best group in attendance", "Best group in performance", "Cleanest room in the hostel", "Best group leader", Top students", as well as certificates based on the results of the competition "First-year Cup of the Faculty of IG".

The event was accompanied by an interesting concert program: Indian songs and dances. It is noteworthy that the foreign students sang in the Kyrgyz language.
