BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Project 1: Fundamental and applied research of functional reserves of the human organism and development of methods of their management for the purpose of health saving.

Development of methods of express-evaluation of adaptation capabilities of the human organism and technologies of their physiological management on the basis of hypoxic influences in norm, pathology and under special conditions of life activity.

Objective

Achievement of active and healthy longevity, increase of life expectancy.

Project 2: Development of radiotherapy and radiosurgery methods for parasitic brain infestations

Development of a comprehensive approach to the treatment of inoperable alveolar hydatid cysts of the brain (echinococcosis, alveococcosis) using radiosurgery and drug therapy.

Project 3. Neurotechnologies for healthcare

Development and implementation of the results of NCMU “Pavlovsky Center” activity in the field of developments using advanced technologies of virtual reality and artificial intelligence. The goal is to promote active longevity by improving the functioning of the human brain (cognitive, psychoemotional, communicative, sensorimotor patterns in the elderly) and rehabilitation conditions (spatial orientation and navigation in children with autism spectrum disorders).
