Employers met with graduates of the KSMA residency program

Today, on June 7, 2019, the Medical Academy of Kyrgyzstan named after I. K. Akhunbaev hosted a meeting of representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic, the Rector's office of the KSMA, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative for social Affairs of the regions and health coordinators of the regions, heads of health organizations with graduates of this year's university residency. The meeting was opened by the Rector of the Medical Academy, Professor Indira Kudaibergenova.

Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Kosmosbek Cholponbayev addressed the meeting. He focused on the problem of providing local medical institutions with highly qualified doctors. Representatives of the regional authorities also spoke about the active involvement of graduates of medical universities, in particular, KSMA in regional hospitals and clinics.

During the Job Fair, graduates of the Medical Academy had the opportunity to communicate with employers about the working conditions and everyday life of young personnel in a particular district, city and village.

It should be noted that currently there are 88 medical personnel in the Batken region, 147 in the Osh region, 189 in the Jalal-Abad region, 122 in the Naryn region, 159 in the Talas region, 188 in the Issyk-Kul region, and 84 in the Chui region. 645 people are completing their training this year, 130 of them are state employees.
